In today's video, I'm going to show you how you can have multiple forms all feed information into a single sheet. Welcome to another flipped classroom tutorial. First off, let's create our sheet. So right-click in your and create a new sheet. Now we are going to call this sheet "contact information." So let's go ahead and label it as "contact information." This sheet could be used to record student feedback or feedback from various workshops. We want to have different forms that can feed into this sheet, and it will automatically create new sheets for each form (e.g., sheet 1, sheet 2, sheet 3), but more about that later. Now that we have our contact information sheet, go ahead and close it. Next, we are going to create two different forms. Start by creating your first form, which will be the contact information form for workshop 1. Ask for the participant's name as a short answer and their rating of the workshop on a linear scale from 1 to 5 (1 being terrible and 5 being the best). Make both of these questions required. Make sure to title this form as "Workshop 1 Feedback." Once you've done that, you've created your first form. Now, let's go back to your and create a second form. You can simply copy the first form and rename it as "Workshop 2 Feedback" since you want all the information in the same sheet. Open the copied form and customize the questions based on workshop 2. Once you've edited the questions accordingly, go back to your form, click on "Responses" and make sure you are accepting responses.
