The main question is whether it is worth it or not and what my take on it is. The breakdown of it is simple. When you opt for these 15 cent transfers, there is usually a setup fee involved. This fee can range from $20 to $35, depending on the company. Just like getting your shirt screen printed by them, the setup fee covers the screen printing process, including burning the screen and setting everything up. However, if you choose to do the transfers as a gang-up sheet with multiple designs on one sheet, there is no setup fee. Companies like Jason ends or Anna's print Co encourage this method because it gives you more value for your money. To explain the pricing, let's take an example of ordering 25 transfers at 15 cents per piece with a setup fee of $20 to $25. Let's assume you want to do three different designs this way. Each design would have 25 transfers at 15 cents each, amounting to a total of approximately $28. These transfers would be 12 by 9 inches in size and single-colored, let's say white. If you wanted to do three different designs, you would have to pay the setup fee for each design. In total, it would come out to around $85 or $86 for 25 transfers of 12 by 9-inch size and one color.
