For example, if you are looking for the name "Real Estate Idaho LLC," type in "Real Estate Idaho" and hit continue. If there are no matches or results, it means that the name "Real Estate Idaho" is available. Click back to proceed to the next step. In Kentucky, LLC filings are currently done via paper, which is not an issue as it is a cost-effective option. The filing fee in Kentucky is only forty dollars. Click on the "Connect Kentucky Articles of Organization" link to access the state's official form. The form is fill-in-the-blanks format with the state's logo. Start filling out the form with the requested information. Begin with the name of the limited liability company. In this case, type in "Chucky's LLC." Provide the street address of the registered office and the name of the registered agent at that office. Remember, the registered agent is the representative who will receive legal notices for the LLC. It can be the owner or someone else, such as an attorney or accountant.
