Instructions and Help about How Form 8865 Dealers

Content: Hello, my name is Bob Montgomery. I'm a lawyer, and I've been helping small business owners set up LLC's and corporations for more than 25 years now. Today, I'd like to tell you about the two questions I get asked more than any others when people are trying to decide about setting up an LLC or corporation. The first question I often hear is, "I'm confused, should I be using one of those free or cheap online services?" Well, the answer is no. If you choose a free or cheap online service, you will not be fully or completely set up, and that's really important when it comes to liability protection. These cheap services usually start with an economy package and then add on charges for all the extras. By the time you're done, you'll end up paying as much or even more than you would with our full and complete service. Remember, the old adage "you get what you pay for" really applies in this situation. Our fees are similar or even below what many of the larger online services charge. The second question I frequently get is, "Should I set up a corporation or LLC for my business?" Some people spend hours, even days, researching this question. However, there's really no need to. Ninety percent of all small businesses should be operating as an LLC. In conclusion, when it comes to setting up an LLC or corporation, it's crucial to choose a reliable service that ensures you are fully protected. Opting for free or cheap online services may seem enticing at first, but the added charges and lack of complete setup could leave you exposed to potential liability. Consider the long-term benefits and choose wisely.
