In this video, we will go over the steps required to start an LLC in the state of Idaho. The first step to form an LLC in any state is to choose a name for your LLC. Make sure that the name you wish to use is not already being used by someone else. You can click on the "name search" here to search all registered names in the state of Idaho. Next, you need to nominate a registered agent for your LLC. The registered agent will receive all official correspondence for the LLC and must have a physical address in Idaho. You will also need to file the articles of organization. Here is the form you will need to fill out and mail to this address along with the appropriate fee.
