Instructions and Help about When Form 8865 Industries

Music, just like the video, starts with the katana being explained. There are quite a few pieces in this video; I counted 197 pieces that I had to manufacture to make this cabinet. This doesn't even include the nuts, bolts, screws, and board hardware, so there's a lot to it. I apologize for the long video and the fast-forwarded scenes. It's a big job, but I hope you enjoy it. Here's something interesting: in the town where I come from, we can't buy unpainted mild steel. We can only get galvanized steel, but I don't want that. So, I had to spend a long time trying to remove the blue paint that comes with the galvanized steel using paint strippers and other methods. It was a challenging process. Once all the steel work was done, the next step was to paint it and put the panels on. I also had to assemble the drawers and put the top on before it was complete. For the drawer bases and sides, I used drawings and a CNC machine to cut them out. I had to manually draw them up, and it was a learning experience for me. The plywood I used was not flat, making it difficult to work with, but I made sure to clamp it down securely. When it came to the drawer layout, I had to carefully measure everything to ensure a perfect fit. With a few adjustments, the drawers were level with each other. Then, I put the fronts on. Now, the cabinet is all shiny and new. I'm happy with the result, and all that's left is to clear some space in my shed and organize my tools. I'd love to make another video about that in the future. Thank you for watching, and I look forward...
