All right, welcome, everyone. We're at another training session of United Way 2-1-1 facilitated by Call for Justice. I'm Elly Krug, the executive director of Call for Justice. I am thrilled today to present our speaker on sticky family law issues. Her name is Melissa Hotelling. Melissa is an attorney practicing in St. Paul. She has a BA degree from Hamlin University and a law degree from William Mitchell College. She specializes in family law and has talked on a number of subjects relating to family law. My very favorite subject that she's taught she's talked on is a presentation entitled "From Cradle to Grave and All the Drama in Between: Family Planning for LGBTQ Couples." She has authored a book, Estate Planning for Non-Traditional Families, which is quite an accomplishment. She did that in less than three years of practicing law as a lawyer. She is the 2012 recipient of the National LGBT Bar Association's 40 Best LGBT Attorneys Under the Age of 40 award. That's a long title, but that is a very significant distinction for our speaker. She's also a Cali Award in Feminist Jurisprudence winner from William Mitchell College. Melissa spoke yesterday. She's back again today to give us the same presentation. Help me welcome Melissa, please. Alright, well thank you for having me here to talk to you a little bit about family law issues and some of the more perhaps unique questions that you might get when you're receiving phone calls from individuals. I actually teach family law at Inver Hills Community College to paralegals, and I teach legal research and writing at Hamlin University just as part-time jobs because being a lawyer isn't busy enough. But what I really like is if we can, if you guys have questions, just please feel free to...
