Hi everyone, good morning! It's Margaret Manning here, welcome to 60 in me. Welcome to a new day. Thank you for being here. I want to start with that today. You know, I get up and do these chats with you and I just want to make sure you know from the very beginning how much I appreciate you being here, how much I appreciate this community we have now. We reach about 500,000 women all around the world in 150 countries. These women are in different stages of their retirement and their life, from 50 to 80 plus. It's just such a pleasure and an honor for me to know that you're all there and that you're all just honestly trying your very best to make the most of this crazy life that we live in. This world is never a good time. There's always something going on right? Even when we were younger, there were lots of challenges. But it just seems right now the world is intensified, and perhaps it's because there is so much access to information. We just know what's going on within a moment's notice. But anyway, I do hope that you're doing well and having a good day. So I've got my cup of tea today. I brought it all. It's called puka, it's licorice and cinnamon. I never would have thought of that combination, but I really do like it. I must admit it's not one of my total favorites, but I wanted to show it to you. It's some licorice, by the way, it's not so good for you if you have very high blood pressure. I do like licorice, and that was why I was attracted to this tea.
